Cancellation Policy

Payment is due before receiving any pre-course materials and must be accompanied by the Course NDA. Refunds can only be given no later than 48 hours in advance of the course start time and will have a credit card processing fee deducted from the total. Any participant failing to maintain range safety standards or demonstrating intent to use course information for harmful or illegal purposes will also be removed from the course and offered no refund. This is to protect the course, the company, and all current and future course attendees, as well as the offending participant. Participants failing to abide by the Course NDA will also be asked to leave and offered no refund. The identities of participants are often protected for the safety of that participant and their families, and any disregard for that safety will not be tolerated. We take the safety of our participants and the security of this information as seriously as possible. Our policies are designed to be harsh with respect to this safety, but we are not inhuman and understand that life circumstances can be unavoidable. Participants that must miss more than 50% of the course hours for a family or work emergency will receive a prorated refund for the hours they have to miss provided they can offer sufficient evidence of a genuine emergency (as judged by the lead instructor of that course). Additionally, students that have paid in full and submitted their signed NDA but cannot attend the course due to emergency will be given full refunds (minus the credit card processing fee) up until the designated class start time, but no-call-no-shows will not receive a refund. Students in this case must also provide sufficient evidence of emergency.

These guys are absolutely outstanding teachers. I went into their class not knowing the first thing about the topic. After picking up the skills and constructive criticism they gave me in just a couple of days, I feel well equipped to tackle the task as well as continue training on my own. The method of teaching they utilize has to be one of the most efficient, while keeping things interesting, I have ever experienced. I will, without a doubt, continue to seek them out for classes in the future.
